Michael and Ann Villani first established their building business Stylecraft Homes in 1997.
In 2007 a name change to Michael Villani Homes was decided upon. So as to bear our name to our product.
We are a local based family building business. Michael and Ann’s fathers were and have been builders for over 30 years.
We pride ourselves on being customer serviced based. It is an important factor that we are hands on. We can take you through all the stages, from purchasing your land, designing your home, building to handing over the complete project. Whether it be a small renovation or a complete finished product with pool and landscaping , you will receive the same professional service from us throughout the process.

At Michael Villani Homes you deal with Michael and Ann Villani. No foreman, no site supervisor , no office staff just us.
We build to your requirements and to your budget. If required Michael can design your home based on your needs. We have a large database of plans or we can custom design.
Michael uses Softplan Architectural Design Software, so this ensures you can be part of the process of design at every stage and make the necessary changes before council approval.
We have been a member of HIA for over 10 years and are part of the Trade Builders Buying Group.
