We found one of the most difficult decisions we had to make was choosing the builder, and of everyone we met, you were the most amiable and genuine.
From our first meeting with you, we were impressed with your willingness to listen to our thoughts and ideas on how our new home should be. You managed to incorporate all our wishes, and during the building process it always felt like talking to friends, not a building company.
What also really impressed us was how you handled every detail and kept us up-to-date on every part of the construction. We never thought that we’d enjoy the building process that much!

In the latter part of 2007 we decided to sell, and downsize on a smaller flat block.
we were fortunate in being introduced, by our real estate agent, to Michael and Ann Villani of Michael Villani Homes. This was the beginning of our dream home.
Michael and Ann were with us from the day of land purchase to settlement day of the house.
With Michael's experience and assistance we were able to select what we all considered was the perfect site. The Back door view has a lake with a playing field and BBQ facilities.
What more could we have asked for, a home designed to fit the furniture from our former home and capture the surrounding features. This was not a problem to Michael as the ideal home was designed to accommodate our wishes.
Michael was actually visualizing a design while we considered the site. In regular consultation with Michael and Ann the final plan became a reality. At every part of the construction the personal contact enabled the "team" to have joint instore views to select from the wide range of goods ensuring coordination of colours and materials received the tick of approval.
The quality of workmanship and attention to detail at all times is difficult to surpass when comparisons were made with progress of surrounding constructions.
The follow up service and personal contact by Michael and Ann is ongoing to ensure clients are never forgotten.

We have known Michael Villani since 1993 when he and his father John built our first home situated in Currimundi.
In 1997 we decided to make the master bedroom larger so we enlisted the services of Michael again.
In 1999 we built our first rental property, which was yet built again by Michael.
Michael is now currently renovating the bathroom that our visitors use.
We have a great deal of trust
and respect for Michael. We would find it hard to trust anyone else to do the job
as well as Michael and can only strongly advise that those wishing to find a great builder, need not look any further
than Michael Villani.
